Windows of Reflection
There’s something about that antiqued “weather worn” look that truly inspires me.
It exudes a feeling of confidence and strength… having been achieved only by
the survival of life’s experiences and the weathering of many storms.
I especially love the symbolic example of this with old windows.
They seem to me, to be the ‘eyes’ of wherever they have been…
through which one can only imagine who and what has been reflected,
viewed and protected over the years.
These thoughts were my inspiration for my “Windows of Reflection” projects.
I like to think I’m giving old windows new life…by using them as a beautiful
framework for new views and new things to be seen!
I hope you enjoy!
